Wayne Staley founded Affinity Systems LLC, a business systems consulting company, in 1997. His experience includes thirty years in private sector management positions at the plant and corporate levels. These include information systems, materials, shop operations, and logistics. His private-industry experience includes vertically integrated forest products, electrical rotating equipment, and process knowledge such as foundry, die cast, punch press, machining, subassemblies, and final assembly. He has worked on supply-chain programs with Chinese enterprises and on customer-supplier programs with Dow Chemical and other key customers. He was a board member for a regional governmental information center for eleven years, serving one year as chairperson.
